"Enjoyed the service and care for more than 15 years, just the last few weeks of attempting to change address to a Vancouver, WA address caused me to cancel everything. When you get an "I don't know why" without any sort of information hunting for a reason, or placing blame on State Farm policy changes without any definitive is very frustrating from a consumer perspective. Tried a different office to see if they can look and got no follow up. Appreciate the time, but wish I better understanding why."
